These terms cover the use of the Tap app and its yearly membership. On the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Free days

Your first 7 daily taps are free. After that, continuing the daily tap requires an active yearly membership. The words you have collected, their meanings and your notes stay available whether or not you are a member.

The yearly membership

• The membership lasts one year. Its price is shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• It renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel it. On the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge.
• You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or from the app (menu … → Membership → Manage).
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Your content

Your streak, collection and notes are stored only on your device. You are responsible for them; deleting the app deletes them.

The app

Tap is provided as it is. We work to keep it running well, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
